restaurant at the fork of the
Assiniboine and Red Rivers in
Winnipeg, is literally Canada's
coolest dining experience. As
the north wind howls, ardent
foodies gather in the designer
structure for a surprise,
gourmet meal prepared by
some of North America's
most adventurous chefs. The
RAW: dining concept is now
popping up in other locations
across Manitoba and even
around the globe.
